Event Info - 2022 Continuing Education (Copy)

The Smart Growth Summit offers continuing education credits for a variety of professional fields.

The information below outlines the continuing education opportunities that were available for the 2022 Louisiana Smart Growth Summit. If you have questions regarding continuing education credits, please email summit@cpex.org.


ARCHITECTS

The Summit sessions are available for self-reporting of non-Health, Safety, and Welfare (HSW) credits via your member portal. Attendees may request a certificate for number of hours attended following the Summit by emailing summit@cpex.org. Attendees must sign in/sign out at the Continuing Educational Table to request a certificate.


ATTORNEYS (CLE)

The Summit was approved for 4.75 CLE hours, Course #: 7482221207 for the following sessions:

Thursday, December 8th, 2:15pm-3:15pm: Energizing Community Through Placemaking

During the Summit, attorneys must sign in using the course number and return the completed form.


Certified Floodplain Managers (CEC)

The Summit was approved for a maximum of 12 continuing education credits for Floodplain Managers. The number of credits approved for each day is:

Wednesday, December 7th: 7 continuing education credits total

Thursday, December 8th: 6 continuing education credits total


ENGINEERS (PDH)

The Summit did not provide continuing education credits for Engineers.


LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS

The Summit sessions are available for self-reporting credit and attendees may request a certificate for number of hours attended following the Summit by emailing summit@cpex.org. Attendees must sign in/sign out at the Continuing Educational Table to request a certificate.


LEED professionals

The Summit sessions are available for self-reporting credit and attendees may request a certificate for the number of hours attended following the Summit by emailing summit@cpex.org. Attendees must sign in/sign out at the Continuing Educational Table to request a certificate.


PLANNERS (AICP CM)

All sessions of the summit were approved for AICP CM credits and are available for self-reporting. Planners may click the “Learn More” button to log credits directly to APA’s event page.


REALTORS (CE)

The Summit did not provide AICP CM credits for Realtors.
